The room includes a terrace and patio with outdoor furniture, air conditioning and heating, hardwood or parquet floors, soundproofing, linens, extra long beds, a wardrobe or closet, a desk, a dining table and dining area, a socket near the bed, a mosquito net, a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a tea and coffee maker, a wake-up service and board games. Upper floors are accessible by stairs only and smoking is not allowed.
House rules
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM. The property is entirely non-smoking, pets are not allowed, children are not accommodated and cribs or extra beds are not available. Parties and events are not allowed and quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Payment is accepted in cash.
